Relevant Experience May Include
- Securities offerings
- SPAC and non-SPAC transactions
- Derivatives
- Equity capital markets
- Securitization and structured finance matters
Candidate Profile
- Mid-level associates are preferred
- Junior associates will also be considered
- Senior associates up to approximately the fifth year are welcome to apply
- Strong academic credentials and large law firm experience preferred
- Admission to the New York Bar, or eligibility to waive in, is preferred
