The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated graduate to join a fast-paced, international recruitment business with genuine global reach. You will work alongside experienced consultants who specialise in placing partners and senior lawyers into leading law firms across key international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting senior consultants on international legal search assignments
- Researching law firms, legal markets, and prospective candidates globally
- Building relationships with lawyers and legal professionals across multiple jurisdictions
- Conducting market mapping and candidate outreach projects
- Managing candidate processes from initial approach through to placement
- Preparing client presentations, market reports, and candidate documentation
- Maintaining and updating internal databases and CRM systems
- Attending networking events, industry functions, and client meetings
- Developing commercial awareness of the global legal market
What We’re Looking For
- A recent graduate or someone with up to 2 years’ professional experience
- Strong academic background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach
- Ambitious, competitive, and motivated by success
- Confidence working in a professional, client-facing environment
- Interest in law, business, or international markets is advantageous
- Fluency in additional languages is beneficial but not essential

The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to take on a leadership role within a fast-paced, international search firm. You will lead and mentor a team of consultants while managing senior-level legal search assignments across key global markets.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will help shape business strategy, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the continued success of the firm. The role offers significant earning potential, leadership responsibility, and a clear pathway towards senior management.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment consultants and researchers
- Drive individual and team performance against revenue and activity targets
- Support the onboarding, training, and ongoing development of junior team members
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture aligned with company values
- Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and career development discussions
Recruitment & Search Delivery
- Manage and deliver senior-level legal search assignments across international markets
- Advise clients on market conditions, hiring strategies, and talent acquisition trends
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, senior lawyers, and law firm leadership teams
- Oversee candidate management processes from initial approach through to successful placement
- Ensure exceptional service delivery to both clients and candidates throughout the search process
Business Development & Client Management
- Develop new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships
- Identify growth opportunities across key legal markets and practice areas
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and pitch processes
- Negotiate terms of business and manage commercial discussions
- Work closely with senior leadership to execute strategic business objectives
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor trends and developments within the global legal market
- Lead market mapping, competitor analysis, and strategic research initiatives
- Produce market insights, salary benchmarking reports, and client-facing intelligence
- Contribute to the firm’s growth strategy across North America, Europe, and the Middle East
Operational Excellence
- Ensure accurate reporting, CRM management, and pipeline forecasting
- Monitor team KPIs and provide regular performance updates to leadership
- Implement best practices to improve efficiency, delivery, and client satisfaction
- Support cross-office collaboration between London and Miami teams
What We’re Looking For
- Proven recruitment experience, ideally within legal, professional services, executive search, or specialist recruitment
- Previous experience managing, mentoring, or leading recruitment teams
- Strong track record of delivering revenue and achieving commercial targets
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Strong business development and client management capabilities
- Commercially astute with a strategic mindset
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
