We’re a leading executive search and recruitment firm specialising in the legal sector, partnering with top law firms across the United States. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an ambitious, entry-level Associate to join our Miami office.

As an Associate, you’ll identify and engage top legal talent across the US while supporting leading law firms with their strategic hiring needs. This is a candidate-focused role centred on building relationships with attorneys and guiding them through the hiring process.

This fast-paced, relationship-driven role offers structured training, clear progression and the opportunity to become a specialist in the legal market. You’ll work alongside experienced recruiters in a high-performance environment that rewards ambition, initiative and results.

What we’re looking for

Recent graduate, no recruitment experience required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
