A prestigious global Am Law firm is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Specialist to join its highly regarded Life Sciences & Health Care practice.
This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of a world-class global marketing team supporting one of the firm’s most strategic and fastest-growing industry sectors. This Specialist will partner closely with attorneys, practice leadership, and business development professionals to execute high-impact client development initiatives, drive market visibility, strengthen client relationships, and support strategic business growth across the Life Sciences, Health Care, Biotechnology, Medical Device, Digital Health, and AI sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of RFPs, pitches, proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral that support new business opportunities.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, directory submissions, and profile-raising strategies across the Life Sciences & Health Care platform.
- Support strategic client development initiatives, including market research, client targeting, competitive intelligence, and relationship management.
- Coordinate client events, webinars, sponsorships, and industry programs, while tracking campaign performance and ROI.
- Partner with attorneys and firm leadership to advance initiatives across emerging areas including Digital Health, MedTech, Artificial Intelligence, and Life Sciences Regulation.
- Collaborate with global marketing, communications, and business development teams on strategic initiatives that elevate the firm’s brand and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of marketing and business development experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Experience supporting Life Sciences, Health Care, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Medical Device practices is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing pitches, proposals, events, client development, and strategic marketing campaigns.
