An well-known law firm is looking to add outstanding Litigation Associates to its growing New York team.
This is an opportunity to join one of the country’s premier litigation practices, representing clients in complex commercial disputes, investigations, white-collar matters, intellectual property litigation, appeals and other high-stakes litigation. The firm is regularly instructed on sophisticated, business-critical matters for leading corporations, financial institutions and high-profile individuals.
With continued growth and increasing client demand, the firm is seeking junior and mid-level litigation associates (class years 2025–2022) who are looking to accelerate their careers in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
Unlike many larger firms, associates are given meaningful responsibility from the outset. You’ll work directly with partners, clients and witnesses, gaining hands-on experience across every stage of the litigation process while benefiting from close mentoring and exceptional training.
The Role
You will work on a broad range of complex litigation matters, including:
- Complex commercial litigation
- Securities and shareholder disputes
- White-collar defence and internal investigations
- Intellectual property litigation
- Appellate matters
- Regulatory and enforcement proceedings
The firm’s lean staffing model means associates play an active role in case strategy, drafting key submissions, preparing witnesses, managing discovery, conducting legal research and working closely with clients throughout the life of a matter.
Rather than being limited to a single practice area, you’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of sophisticated disputes, allowing you to develop into a well-rounded litigator.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A J.D. from a leading law school
- Current experience at a top law firm, specialist litigation boutique or comparable litigation practice
- Class year 2025–2022
- Outstanding academic credentials
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
- Strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving abilities
- A genuine interest in complex commercial litigation
