Our client, a prestigious and highly respected Am Law firm, is seeking an accomplished Executive Assistant to support Partners across multiple practices in its Boston office.
This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced EA to serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders within a sophisticated, fast-paced legal environment.
This role will be 4-days on-site in Boston.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive executive support, including complex calendaring, meeting preparation, travel, correspondence, and confidential matters
- Serve as a strategic gatekeeper, anticipating needs and ensuring priorities stay on track
- Support client billing, financial matters, A/R, collections, and monthly estimates
- Partner with Marketing & BD on pitches, proposals, CRM management, client relationships, events, and professional social media
- Take ownership of special projects and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
Ideal Background:
- 5+ years supporting Partners, C-suite executives, or senior leaders
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred
- Legal or professional services experience required
- Exceptional judgment, discretion, organization, and communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency; CRM experience preferred
