A leading international law firm is seeking a mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate to join its busy Dallas office.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing litigation team handling complex commercial disputes and arbitrations for major corporate clients. Due to a strong pipeline of work, the team is looking for an associate who can quickly take ownership of active matters and play a meaningful role from day one.
The Role
You will work on a broad range of complex commercial disputes, including:

Complex commercial litigation

Commercial arbitration
-
Motion practice
-
Depositions and witness preparation
-
Court appearances
-
Legal research and drafting
-
Managing multiple active matters simultaneously

Working directly with clients
-
Coordinating with associates and litigation support teams throughout the litigation process
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have:

Approximately 3–5 years’ commercial litigation experience gained at a leading law firm

Experience handling complex business disputes and commercial arbitration
-
Strong drafting, research and advocacy skills
-
Experience taking ownership of matters and managing competing deadlines
-
Confidence working directly with clients and opposing counsel
-
Excellent academic credentials
-
Admission to the Texas Bar, or eligibility to practise in Texas
