Our client, one of the most elite and internationally recognized law firms in the world, is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Revenue Operations to join its highly sophisticated Bankruptcy and Finance Operations team in New York.
This high-visibility role will serve as a strategic partner to attorneys and firm leadership on revenue management, billing operations, collections, compliance, and financial risk mitigation across complex bankruptcy matters.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full revenue lifecycle for assigned attorneys and matters, including WIP, AR, collections, and inventory management

Partner directly with attorneys and leadership to drive billing strategy, revenue performance, and operational efficiency

Ensure compliance with bankruptcy court requirements, filing deadlines, and firm financial policies

Provide financial reporting, analysis, and guidance related to billing, collections, and matter management

Identify and mitigate financial and reputational risk while supporting best practices across revenue operations

Mentor junior team members and support a collaborative, service-oriented team environment
Qualifications:

5+ years of professional experience within legal billing, revenue operations, accounting, or finance

Prior law firm experience required; bankruptcy billing experience strongly preferred

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to manage high-volume workflows and interact effectively with attorneys and senior stakeholders
