Overview
A leading international firm is seeking a Project Finance Associate to support its expanding energy and infrastructure practice across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. This role offers exposure to some of the region’s most significant power, renewables, infrastructure, and PPP projects.
The team is deeply embedded in government-backed and sponsor-led developments across the GCC.
What You’ll Do
• Advising sponsors, lenders, and government entities on project finance transactions
• Supporting large-scale energy, infrastructure, and PPP projects
• Drafting and negotiating finance and project documentation
• Working closely with multidisciplinary teams across jurisdictions
• Managing transaction workstreams and mentoring junior associates
About You
• Experience in project finance from private practice
• Middle East regional experience preferred
• Arabic speaking preferred
• Common law qualification preferred
• LLM preferred
• Strong understanding of financing structures and risk allocation
• No in-house candidates
