A leading national law firm is seeking a Trust & Estate Partner to join its Wealth Planning and Estate practice in Miami, Florida. The successful candidate will manage a substantial book of business and provide strategic estate, trust, and wealth planning advice to high-net-worth clients. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex planning matters, work directly with sophisticated clients, and contribute to the growth and strategic direction of a top-tier national practice.

What You’ll Do

• Advise high-net-worth clients on estate, trust, and wealth planning strategies.
• Lead and manage a substantial client portfolio with complex planning needs.
• Draft, review, and implement trusts, wills, and related planning documents.
• Oversee estate administration and fiduciary matters.
• Collaborate with partners and colleagues on strategic client development and practice growth.
• Participate in business development initiatives, including client relationship management and practice expansion.

 About You

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Proven partner-level experience in trust and estate law.
• Existing book of business sufficient to generate significant revenue.
• Deep expertise in estate planning, trust administration, tax planning, and wealth transfer strategies.
• Strong client management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the growth of the practice.
