A leading US law firm is looking for a motivated Tax Associate to join their growing London team. The role provides exposure to complex cross-border transactions and a broad range of tax advisory matters, offering experience across investment funds, disputes, and general tax advice. The successful candidate will deliver practical, innovative solutions to clients while developing expertise across diverse sub-specialties.

What You’ll Do

• Provide day-to-day tax advice to a varied client base, including multinational corporates, investment funds, institutional investors, family offices, partnerships, joint ventures, and high-growth businesses.
• Advise on joint ventures, business combinations, tax-efficient holding and operating structures, cross-border acquisitions, investment planning, and fund structuring.
• Identify issues early and propose practical, innovative solutions.
• Conduct research and analysis to support tax planning, structuring, and dispute resolution.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different practice areas to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
• Stay informed on changes in tax legislation and provide insight on potential business implications.

About You

• England & Wales qualified solicitor.
• Strong academic background from a reputable institution.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax issues clearly.
• Proven experience advising on cross-border tax matters and corporate structures.
