Overview

A leading US law firm is seeking a Senior Fund Finance Associate to join its growing London practice. The team advises leading financial institutions, fund managers and sponsors on complex fund finance transactions, including sophisticated cross-border financings and structured lending solutions.

This is a key strategic hire within a busy and expanding team, offering an opportunity for an experienced associate to take on significant responsibility, work closely with senior partners and play a meaningful role in the continued growth of a high-performing London practice.

What You’ll Do

• Advise on a broad range of fund finance transactions, including subscription line facilities, NAV financings and other fund-level credit structures.
• Lead transaction workstreams, supporting deals from structuring through to execution and closing.
• Draft, review and negotiate complex financing documentation and security packages.
• Work closely with clients, lenders and sponsors to deliver commercially focused solutions.
• Collaborate with international teams on cross-border transactions.
• Support business development and contribute to the growth of the London fund finance practice.

.About You

• England & Wales qualified solicitor (or equivalent common law qualification).
• 6+ years’ PQE with strong fund finance experience gained at a leading international or US law firm.
• Solid grounding in lender-side work preferred.
• Experience managing transactions and operating confidently at senior associate level.
• Strong technical skills combined with commercial awareness.
• Motivated to contribute to a growing practice within a collaborative environment.
