A prestigious global Am Law firm is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Specialist to support its highly regarded International Trade & Investment and Antitrust & Competition practices. This is a highly visible opportunity to join a collaborative global Marketing & Business Development team, working directly with partners and senior leadership to drive strategic marketing initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and support new business growth across sophisticated international practices.

This role will be hybrid in Washington, D.C.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of customized pitches, proposals, and RFP responses for high-value client opportunities.
• Execute integrated marketing campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, and profile-raising strategies across digital, social media, and client communications.
• Manage seminars, sponsorships, webinars, and client events from planning through post-event analysis.
• Conduct market, client, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities and support business development strategy.
• Maintain CRM data, targeted mailing lists, campaign reporting, and marketing operations while helping improve internal processes.
• Partner with attorneys and global colleagues on cross-border marketing and business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Marketing and/or Business Development experience, ideally within a law firm or other professional services environment.
• Experience managing pitches, RFPs, integrated marketing campaigns, client events, and business development initiatives.
• Exceptional writing, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• experience with CRM platforms such as InterAction or similar systems is a plus.
