M&A Associate (Arabic Speaking)

A leading international law firm is seeking an M&A Associate to join its Riyadh office. The team advises regional and international clients on complex corporate transactions across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East.

This opportunity is ideally suited to a mid-to-senior level associate with strong M&A experience who is already based in the region and looking to take on significant responsibility within a growing practice.

What You’ll Do

• Advise clients on public and private M&A transactions across the Middle East.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documentation including share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements and joint venture agreements.
• Support acquisitions, disposals and strategic investments.
• Manage due diligence processes and assist with transaction structuring.
• Work closely with partners on complex cross-border deals.
• Develop relationships with regional corporates, investors and family groups.

About You

• 4+ years’ PQE with strong M&A experience.
• Arabic language skills required.
• Currently based in the Middle East region.
• Strong academic background.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Commercially minded with strong communication abilities.
