M&A Associate

Overview

A leading Magic Circle law firm is seeking an M&A Associate to join its Dubai corporate practice. The team advises multinational corporates, sovereign investors and private equity sponsors on complex cross-border transactions across the Middle East and internationally.

This opportunity is suited to a high-performing corporate associate looking to relocate to the Middle East and gain exposure to high-value regional and international M&A transactions within a globally recognised platform.

What You’ll Do

• Advise on public and private M&A transactions across the Middle East and internationally.
• Support acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and strategic investments.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documentation including share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements and joint venture agreements.
• Conduct legal due diligence and assist with transaction structuring.
• Work closely with partners and cross-border teams on multi-jurisdictional deals.
• Build strong relationships with regional corporates, investors and financial institutions.

About You

• Qualified lawyer with corporate or M&A experience gained at a leading international law firm.
• Qualification in England & Wales or another recognised common law jurisdiction.
• Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills.
• Commercially minded with excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Open to relocating to Dubai and working on regional transactions.
• Arabic language skills beneficial but not essential.
