Litigation Paralegal

A leading global law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its Miami office. This role will support attorneys throughout all phases of complex litigation, arbitration, and employment matters, from case inception through trial and case closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, file, and manage pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and court filings in accordance with state and federal rules
• Support document review, production, legal research, cite-checking, and case management activities
• Organize and maintain case files, databases, exhibits, privilege logs, transcripts, and work product
• Coordinate with litigation support and eDiscovery teams on data preservation, collection, review, and production
• Assist with trial preparation, hearing support, and on-site trial logistics
• Manage relationships with outside vendors and ensure compliance with confidentiality and security protocols
• Train attorneys and staff on litigation support tools and best practices

Qualifications:

• 2-4+ years of litigation paralegal experience within a law firm or comparable legal environment
• Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred
• Experience with eDiscovery and litigation support platforms such as Relativity and Opus2 strongly preferred
• Strong legal research, writing, organizational, and project management skills
• Spanish language proficiency is highly preferred
