Overview

A leading international law firm is seeking an Investment Funds Associate to join its London Corporate practice. The team advises sponsors, asset managers and investors on fund formation, secondaries, co-investments and related corporate matters across complex UK and cross-border mandates.

The practice is actively growing and regularly hiring, offering an excellent opportunity for associates with investment funds experience to join a collaborative and partner-led environment with exposure to high-quality transactions.

What You’ll Do

• Advise on the formation and structuring of investment funds across a range of asset classes.
• Support secondaries transactions, co-investments and related corporate matters.
• Draft and negotiate fund documentation and investment agreements.
• Work closely with corporate, private equity, finance and tax teams on multi-disciplinary transactions.
• Engage directly with sponsors and investors on strategic structuring and transactional matters.

.About You

• England & Wales qualified solicitor.
• Approximately 2–5 years’ PQE with investment funds experience gained at a recognised City or international law firm.
• Strong familiarity with UK market practice and regulatory considerations relating to funds.
• Experience advising on fund formation and related transactional work.
• Strong technical ability, commercial awareness and collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable working on complex cross-border mandates.
