Disputes Associate

Overview

An international law firm is seeking a Disputes Associate to join its Riyadh office. The team advises clients on a wide range of commercial disputes and litigation matters across Saudi Arabia, with a strong focus on local court proceedings.

This opportunity is suited to a disputes lawyer with regional experience who is qualified to appear before Saudi courts and is looking to develop within a growing disputes practice.

What You’ll Do

• Represent clients in commercial disputes and litigation matters before Saudi courts.
• Assist with the preparation of pleadings, submissions and supporting documentation.
• Advise clients on dispute strategy and risk management across contentious matters.
• Work closely with partners on complex regional disputes.
• Manage case preparation, legal research and coordination with clients and local authorities.
• Support the continued growth of the disputes practice in Saudi Arabia.

About You

• 2–5 years’ PQE with experience in disputes and litigation.
• Qualified and authorised to appear before Saudi courts.
• At least one year of regional experience handling disputes in Saudi Arabia.
• Fluent Arabic language skills required.
• Strong advocacy, drafting and communication skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently while working closely with partners.
