Corporate Real Estate / Real Estate Private Equity Associate (Mid-Senior Level)

Overview

A leading international law firm is seeking a mid to senior level Corporate Real Estate / Real Estate Private Equity Associate to join its growing London practice. The team advises sponsors, investors and corporates on complex UK and cross-border transactions involving real estate assets, combining corporate M&A expertise with investment-driven real estate work.

The team is actively expanding and looking to make multiple hires, with particular interest in experienced associates who can contribute to high-value transactional matters while benefiting from strong partner access and early responsibility.

What You’ll Do

• Advise on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and investment structures involving real estate assets.
• Support real estate private equity transactions across domestic and cross-border mandates.
• Draft and negotiate corporate transactional documentation, including share purchase agreements and joint venture agreements.
• Work closely with corporate, investment funds, finance and tax teams on multi-disciplinary transactions.
• Manage transaction workstreams and engage directly with clients and counterparties.

.About You

• England & Wales qualified solicitor.
• Approximately 3–6 years’ PQE with strong real estate private equity or corporate real estate transactional experience.
• Background gained at a leading City or international law firm.
• Solid experience advising on investment-led transactions and complex deal structures.
• Strong technical ability combined with commercial awareness and confidence managing client relationships.
• Collaborative approach and interest in working within a growing team environment.
