What You’ll Do

• Advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, and private equity investments.
• Supporting partners on cross-border transactions and complex corporate deals.
• Contributing to due diligence, structuring, and negotiation of agreements.
• Engaging with clients on strategic corporate matters and governance issues.
• Working on high-profile transactions across a variety of sectors.

About You

• 3–4 years’ post-qualification experience from a Magic Circle, elite US, or leading international law firm.
• Strong track record across M&A and private equity transactions.
• Excellent English communication skills, confident in direct client interaction.
• Ideally trained and qualified in London or Australia, with experience on high-value corporate transactions.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to work independently while supporting senior partners.
