Corporate / Commercial Associate (Energy & Infrastructure)

Overview

An international law firm is seeking a Corporate / Commercial Associate to join its growing Riyadh office. The team advises regional and international clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, with particular strength in energy, natural resources and infrastructure transactions.

This opportunity is ideally suited to a 3–6 PQE associate with strong transactional experience who is already based in the Middle East and looking to develop within a rapidly expanding Saudi practice.

What You’ll Do

• Advise on corporate and commercial transactions across the energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors.
• Support clients on a broad range of regional transactional matters.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and transaction documentation.
• Work closely with partners and cross-border teams on Middle East mandates.
• Assist with due diligence and structuring for complex corporate transactions.
• Develop relationships with regional clients and stakeholders.

About You

• 3–6 years’ PQE gained at a recognised international law firm.
• Strong transactional experience across corporate or commercial matters.
• Experience working within the Middle East region.
• Saudi nationals strongly preferred.
• Arabic language skills highly desirable.
• Excellent drafting skills and commercial awareness.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
