A leading global law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate with 1–5 years’ post-qualification experience to join its high-performing Corporate practice in London. The London office serves as a hub for the firm’s international operations, offering exposure to high-profile, cross-border corporate mandates.
What You’ll Do
• Advise clients on high-value M&A transactions, including public and private deals.
• Work alongside senior professionals on complex, high-profile corporate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documentation.
• Provide strategic, commercially-focused advice to clients across sectors, including energy and sophisticated financial institutions.
• Support business development initiatives and client relationship management.
About You
• Qualified lawyer with 1–5 years’ post-qualification experience.
• Proven expertise in high-value M&A transactions; experience or interest in public M&A is highly desirable.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
• Commercially-minded, with the ability to manage complex transactions.
• Experience working with energy clients or financial institutions such as investment banks, hedge funds, or institutional lenders is an advantage.
