Position Overview

The role is designed as a true generalist litigation position, providing associates with exposure to a wide variety of commercial and business disputes across industries and jurisdictions. Associates will work closely with partners on sophisticated matters while developing a well-rounded litigation practice.

Representative Experience

• General commercial litigation
• Business disputes
• Contract-related litigation
• Complex commercial matters across state and federal courts
• Strategic counseling and dispute resolution

Candidate Profile

• Targeting associates with approximately 4–6 years of litigation experience
• Strong third-year associates will also be considered
• Experience from a leading national or international law firm preferred
• Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Strong academic credentials required
• California bar admission preferred, or eligibility to obtain admission
