Associate – Corporate

An internationally recognized law firm with an expanding Denver presence is seeking Corporate Associates to join its growing office. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who are interested in joining a team during an exciting period of growth and helping build a strong presence in the Denver market while working on sophisticated transactional matters.

The team represents a broad range of clients on corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and general corporate counselling. The group is looking for associates with 2–6 years’ experience who are interested in working across a variety of transactional matters and building their practice within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support a broad range of corporate and transactional matters
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and general corporate work
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional and corporate documents
• Conduct due diligence and assist with transaction management
• Work closely with partners and clients on sophisticated corporate matters across multiple industries

Candidate Profile

• JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• Admitted to practice in Colorado or eligible to waive in
• 2–6 years’  corporate transactional experience from a law firm environment
• Experience in M&A, capital markets, and/or general corporate matters
• Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
