Associate (0–4 PQE) – Corporate (M&A Focus)

Overview
A top-tier international law firm is seeking a junior Associate (0–4 years’ PQE) to join its Doha office. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of high-value corporate transactions, with a particular emphasis on M&A, within a dynamic and growing Middle East practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers & acquisitions
• Support on cross-border transactions and regional deals
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents and corporate agreements
• Conduct due diligence and assist with transaction execution
• Work closely with senior lawyers and international teams on complex matters

Candidate Profile

• 0–4 years’ PQE with solid general corporate experience
• M&A experience strongly preferred
• Arabic language skills are essential
• Current private practice experience preferred
• Regional (Middle East) experience advantageous but not essential
• Open to candidates willing to relocate to Doha

Compensation & Benefits
