Overview

A leading Magic Circle law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its Dubai office. The team advises international investors, developers and financial institutions on complex real estate transactions across the Middle East.

This opportunity is suited to a 3–6 PQE associate looking to play a key role in the rebuilding and growth of a major regional real estate practice.

What You’ll Do

• Advise on a broad range of real estate transactions across the Middle East.
• Support acquisitions, disposals and development projects involving major real estate assets.
• Draft and negotiate key transaction documentation including sale and purchase agreements and joint venture agreements.
• Work closely with finance and corporate teams on cross-practice transactions.
• Conduct due diligence and assist with transaction structuring.
• Collaborate with international offices on cross-border real estate matters.

About You

• 3–6 years’ PQE with strong real estate transactional experience.
• Background gained at a leading international or City law firm.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Commercially minded with excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to manage workstreams independently while collaborating within a team environment.
