Overview

A leading international law firm is seeking a Corporate Real Estate / Real Estate Private Equity Associate to join its London team. The practice advises sponsors, investors and corporates on complex UK and cross-border transactions involving real estate assets, sitting at the intersection of corporate M&A and investment-driven real estate work.

The team is actively growing and looking to make multiple hires. This opportunity is particularly well suited to a junior associate (circa 2–3 PQE) seeking high-quality transactional work, early responsibility and close partner exposure within a well-regarded international platform.

What You’ll Do

• Advise on acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures involving real estate assets.
• Support private equity and investment-driven transactions across domestic and cross-border matters.
• Draft and negotiate corporate transaction documents, including share purchase agreements and joint venture agreements.
• Work closely with corporate, funds, finance and tax teams on multi-disciplinary mandates.
• Engage directly with clients and take ownership of key workstreams as part of a lean associate team.

.About You

• England & Wales qualified solicitor.
• Approximately 2–3 years’ PQE with a strong corporate background.
• Solid experience across M&A and joint ventures.
• Exposure to funds or investment structures is advantageous.
• Comfortable operating across both corporate and real estate teams on investment-led transactions.
• Strong technical ability, commercial awareness and confidence in discussing deal experience.
