Structured Finance / Securitisation Associate

Overview

A leading international law firm is seeking a Structured Finance Associate to join its London team. The practice advises on complex securitisation and transactional finance matters, including CLOs and other structured credit products, acting for financial institutions, asset managers and market participants on sophisticated cross-border transactions.

This opportunity is ideal for a 3–4 PQE associate looking to develop within a growing and well-established team offering strong deal flow, high-quality work and excellent career progression prospects.

What You’ll Do

• Advise on securitisation and structured finance transactions, including CLOs and related structured credit products.
• Draft, review and negotiate transaction documentation, including offering materials, financing agreements and ancillary documents.
• Support transactions from structuring through to execution and closing.
• Work closely with clients, counterparties and internal stakeholders to deliver commercially focused solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across finance, capital markets and regulatory practices on multi-disciplinary mandates.

.About You

• England & Wales qualified solicitor.
• 3–4 years’ PQE with experience in securitisation, structured finance or transactional finance gained at a leading law firm.
• Strong technical grounding in structured finance documentation and transaction processes.
• Experience gained at a recognised City, Magic Circle or international firm preferred.
• Commercially minded with strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced transactional environment.
