Structured Finance (CLO) Associate

Overview

A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Director to join its London Real Estate Finance practice. The team advises lenders, borrowers, developers and investment funds on complex real estate financing transactions across the UK and internationally.

This is a senior opportunity for an experienced real estate finance lawyer to take a leading role on sophisticated transactions while helping to grow and develop an established and highly regarded practice.

What You’ll Do

• Advise on CLO transactions and structured finance deals.
• Support complex, high-value securitisation matters.
• Work closely with senior lawyers on deal execution.
• Assist with structuring and documentation of CLO transactions.

About You

• England & Wales qualified solicitor (or equivalent).
• 2–5 PQE (ideally 3–4 PQE).
• Direct CLO experience (essential).
• Background in structured finance at a leading law firm.
• Strong understanding of CLO structures and documentation.
• Commercial mindset and ability to work in a growing team.
