What You’ll Do
• Manage end-to-end lateral associate recruitment, ensuring exceptional candidate experience.
• Plan and execute recruiting events, campaigns, and social initiatives to attract top legal talent.
• Develop reports, market insights, and recruitment strategies for leadership.
• Supervise team members, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with employment policies and best practices.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
About You
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years in legal recruitment; 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment platforms.
