An elite international law firm is looking for a high-calibre Banking & Finance Associate (mid-level) to join its established Dubai practice. This role sits within a market-leading team advising on complex, cross-border financing transactions across the Middle East and beyond. The firm is known for its international client base, premium work quality, and strong pipeline of sophisticated debt finance matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to deepen their Middle East experience while working on headline transactions with global financial institutions, sponsors, and corporates.

What You’ll Do

• Advising on a broad range of banking and finance transactions, including bilateral and syndicated lending
• Acting on debt finance matters, including acquisition finance, leveraged finance, and structured lending
• Supporting cross-border transactions involving GCC jurisdictions, Europe, and Asia
• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing complex finance documentation
• Working closely with international colleagues across multiple offices
• Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development in the region

About You

• Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales
• LLM qualification is mandatory
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Strong background in banking and finance from an international law firm
• Debt finance experience highly desirable
• Minimum 1 year of Middle East regional experience
• Open to relocation candidates with relevant international firm experience
• No in-house candidates
