Overview

A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to support and strengthen the firm’s financial performance through strategic revenue and collections management. This role partners closely with firm leadership, attorneys, finance teams, and clients to drive timely collections, analyze financial trends, and implement process improvements that support long-term growth. This role will be hybrid and can sit in Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Seattle, Boston, NYC, or D.C.

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage the end-to-end collections process, resolving complex payment matters with professionalism and strong negotiation skills
• Analyze account data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable strategies
• Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders while maintaining strong client relationships
• Collaborate with partners, practice group leaders, and finance teams to optimize revenue and collection strategies
• Develop reporting, SOPs, and best practices to enhance efficiency and consistency
• Lead projects focused on process optimization and continuous improvement

About You

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of experience in a law firm environment, with exposure to billing and collections leadership
• Proven ability to manage high-visibility processes and influence stakeholders
• Strong analytical, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
