Overview

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Mid-Senior M&A Associate (4+ years’ PQE) to join a growing international law firm in its Riyadh office. This role offers the chance to be at the ground floor of the firm’s expansion in the region, working closely with senior partners and shaping the M&A practice locally.

About the Role

The firm’s Riyadh office is in the early stages of building its regional presence and offers a unique opportunity to work in a small, highly focused team. The successful candidate will gain direct exposure to partners, responsibility for complex M&A transactions, and the opportunity to influence the growth and development of the practice in the region. This role is ideal for a lawyer with specialised M&A experience who wants to make a meaningful impact in a growing regional market.

What You’ll Do

• Advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
• Supporting partners on deal execution, structuring, and negotiation.
• Engaging with clients across sectors on high-value, complex transactions.
• Contributing to the growth and development of the Riyadh office and regional M&A practice.

About You

• 4+ years’ PQE, with a strong track record in M&A transactions.
• Ideally based in the Middle East and Arabic-speaking.
• Strong academic background with excellent grades.
• Excellent English communication skills and confident in direct client interaction.
• Commercially minded, proactive, and able to work independently in a small team environment.
