Overview

A leading Magic Circle law firm is seeking an International Arbitration Associate to join its highly regarded London disputes practice. The team acts on some of the largest and most complex commercial and investor-state arbitrations globally, advising corporates, financial institutions and sovereign entities on high-value, cross-border disputes. This opportunity is ideally suited to a 2–4 PQE associate looking to develop within an elite arbitration team handling market-leading, headline matters.

What You’ll Do

• Advise on international commercial and investor-state arbitrations under major institutional rules.
• Support complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes from inception through to hearing and enforcement.
• Draft pleadings, witness statements and expert submissions.
• Assist with hearings, strategy development and cross-border coordination.
• Work closely with partners on high-profile, big-ticket disputes across a range of sectors.

.About You

• England & Wales qualified solicitor (or equivalent common law qualification).
• 2–4 years’ PQE with strong arbitration experience gained at a leading international or top-tier firm.
• Excellent drafting skills and experience working on complex, high-value disputes.
• Strong academic background and analytical ability.
• Commercially minded, detail-oriented and comfortable operating in a high-performance environment.
