About the job
Our client is looking for an experienced Intellectual Property Paralegal for an opportunity with a leading litigation practice in Washington, D.C. This role will support attorneys on sophisticated patent litigation and related intellectual property matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with strong patent litigation experience who is comfortable managing matters from inception through trial and appeal.
Key qualifications include:
- 4+ years of patent litigation experience
- Experience with Federal Circuit and district court filings
- Strong knowledge of CM/ECF, PACER, USPTO procedures, cite checking, and Bluebooking
- Experience supporting discovery, depositions, trials, and large-scale document management
- Familiarity with PTAB proceedings and patent research
- ITC experience is strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; ABA-approved paralegal certificate preferred
The role will work closely with attorneys and case teams on complex IP matters, including discovery, legal filings, trial preparation, PTAB matters, and case management.
