An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate (1–4 PQE) to join one of London’s most distinctive international energy law firms. This role sits within a highly regarded Corporate team that advises on M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, corporate financings and strategic investments across the global energy sector, with particular strength in oil and gas. The team works closely with clients across Africa, the Middle East, Europe and the United States, providing exposure to complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions from day one.
