This role is ideally suited to a lawyer who enjoys working at the heart of Saudi Arabia’s evolving legal and regulatory landscape, advising on a wide variety of commercial arrangements across key sectors.
The firm plays a central role in Vision 2030-related projects and offers unparalleled exposure to high-growth industries.
What You’ll Do
• Advising on commercial contracts, joint ventures, and strategic agreements
• Supporting clients across sectors such as technology, healthcare, infrastructure, and consumer goods
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Arabic and English-language contracts
• Advising on Saudi regulatory and compliance considerations
• Working closely with local clients, government-related entities, and international investors
About You
• Arabic fluency is essential
• LLM preferred but not mandatory
• Saudi national or Arab national strongly preferred
• Experience gained in private practice (regional or international firm)
• Middle East or Saudi experience preferred
• Strong technical commercial law foundation
• No in-house candidates
