Overview
An internationally recognised capital markets team is looking to appoint a Mid–Senior Associate with strong ECM and/or DCM experience. The role focuses on high-profile regional and international capital markets transactions, including IPOs, sukuk issuances, and debt listings across regional and global exchanges.
This is an ideal role for a capital markets lawyer seeking consistent deal flow and exposure to complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions.
What You’ll Do
• Advising issuers, underwriters, and sponsors on equity and debt capital markets transactions
• Working on IPOs, secondary offerings, sukuk, and conventional bond issuances
• Drafting prospectuses, offering circulars, and transaction documentation
• Liaising with regulators, exchanges, and international counsel
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to transaction management
About You
• LLM qualification is mandatory
• Strong ECM and/or DCM experience from private practice
• Arabic speaking preferred but not essential
• Prior Middle East regional experience required
• Background with an international law firm
• No in-house candidates
